Online life coaching

Online life coaching offers practical, forward-looking support for people who want to make a change but feel uncertain about where to begin. Sessions can help you clarify what matters to you, turn broad ambitions into realistic goals and identify the obstacles that may be affecting your progress.

Life coaching may involve exploring your values, strengthening confidence, making decisions or creating a manageable plan of action. Rather than telling you what to do, the process is designed to help you develop your own direction, take purposeful steps and remain accountable to the changes you have chosen.

Life coaching is offered by Sherry, who works as both a counsellor and a life coach. Coaching is practical and forward-looking rather than a form of therapy or mental-health support. If what you are carrying feels more emotional than practical, individual counselling may suit you better, and we are happy to talk it through with you first. Sessions are held online by private video wherever you are, and each session lasts 45 minutes. The current introductory price is £20 (GBP) per session. You can see online counselling fees for full details.

Common questions about life coaching

How is life coaching different from counselling?

Life coaching is practical and forward-looking, clarifying what matters to you, setting realistic goals and planning steps towards them. Individual counselling gives you space to explore difficult emotions, recognise patterns and make sense of past experiences. If you’re unsure which would suit you better, send us a general enquiry and we’ll help you decide.

Do I need a clear goal before I start?

No. Coaching is often most useful for people who want to make a change but feel uncertain about where to begin. Sessions can help you clarify what matters to you and turn broad ambitions into realistic goals.

Who delivers life coaching?

Life coaching is offered by Sherry, who works as both a counsellor and a life coach.

Will I be told what to do?

Rather than telling you what to do, the process is designed to help you develop your own direction, take purposeful steps and remain accountable to the changes you have chosen.
