Online couples counselling

Online couples counselling offers a supportive space for partners to talk about their relationship with the guidance of a counsellor. Sessions can help you slow difficult conversations down, understand each other’s perspectives and recognise the patterns that may be contributing to conflict or disconnection.

Couples counselling is not only for relationships in crisis. It can also help partners communicate more openly, navigate change, rebuild trust or strengthen their connection before difficulties become more established. The aim is not to take sides, but to help both partners feel heard and better understand what is happening between them.

Couples counselling is offered by Sherry. Sessions are held online by private video wherever you are, and each session lasts 1 hour. The current introductory price is £25 (GBP) per session. You can see online counselling fees for full details.
